1. Originality & Plagiarism Warranty

The research paper submitted must be completely original, unpublished research, and not under consideration by any other journal or publisher. Authors warrant that copyright has not been breached. All manuscripts undergo mandatory plagiarism screening using Viper Anti-Plagiarism Scanner Software.

2. Formatting & Font Specifications

• PageMaker / MS-Word: Typed manuscript must be submitted in MS-Word (.doc/.docx) or PageMaker format via email to irasg1411@gmail.com. Scanned or photo pages are strictly not accepted.
• English Font: Times New Roman (Size 12), 1.5 line spacing.
• Hindi & Marathi Font: DVB-TT-Surekh / ISM DVB-TTYogesh / Kruti Dev 055 or Unicode (Size 14).
• Length Limit: 3000 words maximum (5 to 6 pages).

3. Publication Fees & Courier Policy

A publication fee of ₹800 + ₹100 Courier Charge = ₹900 Total per paper is required for publication, which includes hard copy journal dispatch to the author's postal address. Payment receipts must be submitted via email or WhatsApp (8484818000 / 7276301000). Fees are non-refundable once the manuscript has been peer-reviewed and accepted.

4. Editorial Rights & Authority

The Editorial Board retains sole discretion and full authority to accept, request revisions, or reject any manuscript based on peer review evaluation. Unpublished manuscripts will not be returned to authors.

5. Bibliography & Reference Format

Authors must provide complete and accurate reference citations on the final page of the manuscript as per standard citation format (Author Name, Year, Title, Publisher, Place, Page No).

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters, disputes, or claims arising out of research publication with Jyotichandra Publication / Indo Asian Publication shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Latur, Maharashtra, India.
